How I can get a flat stomach?
Hi, I really want a flat stomach, I am now a size 10 and i exercise regularly (three times week for one hour). Outside of that I exercise my stomach for 10 minutes every time I do a session of one hour. I hear it's very difficult to train abs, so I was hoping for some advice on how much time should I be training my stomach and how often. Also, does anyone have a dietary advice that would help? I'm not the biggest fan diet, but perhaps there are some foods that should reduce more about us than others? I can also use teams of 'The AB Salon training if anyone knows. I also appreciate general fitness tips that will help me stay slim, no need for a complex diet. Thanks
