Im a 23 5'6 270 pounds of weight, my BMI is over 42 and am taking steps to live a healthier life.?
I need help to eat and what exercises I can do at home? (I have no fitness equipment) please help with the plans you may have
Hello, you first need cut most of their carbohydrates (sugar, soda, too much white bread, etc). Then you should focus on eating more white meat (chicken and fish) instead of read meat (steak). Finally, try to eat more vegetables and fruits. If you're prone to over eating, drinking 1 or 2 glasses of water before eating and then come sit 5 minutes later. The water will kill hunger. So far this exercise, try walking a little more. A general rule is that you burn about the same calories walking a mile as does running a mile. Try walking to the local market / store when you need a little milk or other small products. You also can do some push-ups for any team, is the wall, etc.
