Best Fitness Dvd Workout
What is the best fitness DVD out there?
I'm looking for a fitness DVD for the winter months. Run and the summer cycle, but not go out in winter in the dark. I joined a gym last year, but closed, so I can only get something done in the comfort of my home. What do you think is the best fitness dvd, you can get? Including not only body workouts such as dance Davina etc, but also martial arts …… nothing. Any help would be great! Thanks:) I
