Having trouble with my confidence?

Im always feeling more self conscious about myself, my body, my face, than I should, and I always am excercising, dieting, weighing myself, etc. Comparing my body to other people, celebrities, fitness models, etc. Looking in mirrors kills me. I close my eyes whenever I walk by a mirror on the streets, and I even face the other way in the bathroom when getting ready. I HATE IT! I can’t stand it. I wish I could just be able to stop comparing myself to others. Everyone seems intimidating no matter who they are. Anyone have any suggestions? I cant live like this, im afraid of developing an eating disorder, or being one of those people who never leaves the gym. HELP!

Confidence is a diffucult thing to master and to find, The trouble is it seems as if your not happy enough in your own skin and your not comfy being yourself,

When someone like yourself compares yourself to others the worst thing to say is ” God, I wish I was like him “. DONT ! Because the person you are comparing yourself to is properly thinking ” God, He looks cool ” This proves the fact that no-one is perfect.

The best thing to do is to face your fears and stand in front of a mirror and look at yourself and say your good qualitys and whats good in your life.

Do not worry what strangers think of you, The only people you have to worry about who think of you are those you love and if the people love you wont matter what you look like

Everyone is beatiful in their own seperate way
