Cheap Home Fitness Equipment
What is the cheapest leg press on the market? Or where to get cheap fitness equipment?
I would use a leg press, but do not want to join a gym. I am very busy at work and I like doing my exercises at home on my own time. Ideally I would buy a newspaper legs and one that is not vertical, but with a plate. But most appear to be 600 pounds to 1.000 pounds and I can not afford that. Anyone know where I could get a press cheaper leg, please?
eBay is the most obvious place to look, too, but if ur close to local auctions. I noticed it a couple argos of goodens. If ur lucky to be near a gym, school that is closing its gym. a friend of mine fitted out all your garage for less than 400 pounds, and had thousands of pounds equipment, do not expect to be a bright and new, however, to be used, but still works.
