Exercise Fitness Equipment
Good fitness equipment for someone with limited space?
I would love to invest in some fitness equipment, but I have plenty of space to store anything … I'd take a bike to ride in the summer and a coach to ride in the winter, but that's the only thing I can think of that can store easily … (Outside of the bike, coach in a closet or something until you are ready to use) I've seen a commercial, and if I'm thinking correctly, the Bowflex TreadClimber, that folds for easy storage … I would love to get one of these, but its definitely not in my price range at this point in my life … Does anyone have any experience with anyone, efficient team of good exercise that does not occupy much space? Well, I live in a small town and have to drive 45 minutes to get to a gym … Only I want something to use as well as a good cardio treadmill …
I've had bad experience with the equipment that folds or is light. folding elliptical climbers tend to be very unstable and shake to. There are some very good elliptical that are small and stable, but very expensive. My advice would be to get a stationary bike. You can get a used one on Craigslist for $ 20-30 or a new Wal-Mart for $ 80 – $ 120. Since the base will not move when working out, going to be very stable. It may be necessary to achieve a padded seat cover, but those are not too expensive, they are about $ 20. The new models are lightweight and easy to obtain move.If one where you can get the handles, you can save in its original box in a closet or under your bed.
