Trying to tone my body?
I try to tone my body / lose some weight or fat enough for me to get into a size 4 or 5 jeans. I enrolled in a health club instead of aptitude. and said the only way to tone is weightlifting. Is this true? I know how much weight lifting, but I feel so self-conscious weight lifting in front of everyone. So I just wanted to go jogging, running, cycling or swimming or something instead of the gym and health club. I also want to lose a few pounds. Advice? Weightlifting is the only way to pitch? Weight: 130 pounds Age: 19 Height: 5 ft 5inch pants: 7 Heart rate and pulse before: 90/60? something.
Strength training is the best thing to do. You do not need trucks, light has just begun. As for "The Cardio Free Diet "by Dr. Jim Karas to your local library. The best exercise you can do to help tone your body and lose weight. There is a plan diet, but I is not in any way. Just read the beginning of the book to better understand why the exercises work better than any exercise and cardio exercises. There are two different exercises in the book, a small hand weights (which does not really need if you are starting out) and backed by a band. Do for 20-30 minutes four days a week and see the difference! I promise! I've lost about 60 pounds. and singing in a big weight. I found this book a few months after to spend tons of money on a treadmill and I have such better results with the book that was free!
