Fitness 19 Membership Cost
does anyone know the costs of gym memberships..?
I had one at lifetime fitness but it was 40 a month and i felt that it was kind of high. Does anyone know how much ones is at ballys? fitness 19? LA fitness? Im in michigan..20 years old.. student
actually for coco or who ever that was below me..i was at a gym for a while and i did lose weight. 11 pounds and yes i gained some muscle but that was because i was trying to tone. So i would say no your wrong, its works great for me
if your joining a gym to lose weight DONT
gyms onnly help you to be strong and gain muscle not to lose fat.
yes you can lose “some” fat in the process but its not worth the money
i was just trying to nicely give adive so you dont have to be rude.
but if you have worked out in a gym before than you should know the cost and most gyms have websites so you wasted 5 points
