Fitness Ball Exercises Abs

What is my weight loss slowing down?
Go to the gym for eight months, but I see little change in my own weight. My level of fitness has improved a lot, every six weeks I can change my training and do a little more difficult. I have the muscles as in most parts of my body but I think can not move the fat around my abs or upper thighs. I do a lot of cracks in the gym ball and use the leg press. But this is not done a big difference. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated. I eat very healthy, lots of vegetables and fresh fruit, etc, anything sweet (cakes, chocs, sweets, etc) or milk products. Since I started, all I lost a stone … I know it may take some time, but we believe that taking too long. Someone I know went to Weight Watchers and has lost four stone in the same time without much exercise. I want to join, but is expensive and I have to pay a gym. Please, please help …….. I had forgotten when I'm in the gym (3 times per week) do a complete workout inc. cardio lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes
Did you know that the muscle weighs more than fat, so I work in a field that always put on weight because that my muscles get bigger. It is likely that lost a large amount of fat, believe me you do it this way right. if you went to Weight Watchers, and your friend will leave you with a limp body fat without muscle that is not what you want. Keep Tönning and turning fat cells into muscle bet you look good, go on, and not focus too much on how much you weigh, Do people believe me when I I am 9 stone that says I look just 7 or 8, but because muscle actually not just skin and bones. Tell your friend that you just need to lose weight or not, is a lot of excess skin is not pretty at all.
