Fitness Ball Workout Program

I need help with my training: PLEASE HELP?
I am a girl of thirteen years of age, is actually fourteen years earlier. I am a fan conditioning. I do the elliptical at my gym for 2 hours and 5 minutes. (4 days a week, and the other two thirds I do an hour and 15 minutes) Most machines arm. I can do the normal program, but I said I have to change my training and I do intervals on the elliptical machine for only an hour to get toned legs. My legs fade, but I want even more. I also want to work on my abs (I've heard of weight with a ball exercsie) I want to lose weight and gain muscle. welll not exactly lose weight, just lose more fat. I had a looong battle with weight. I was anorexic last summer, and now I just want to tone my legs and my arms allllloooot, but not much. Leave advice please! * Thanks! I "m about 5'2 .5 pounds 117.
