Fitness Bands Workout

Are you using elastic bands and bombs to do every day for a cardio workout upper body workout is an effective?
Not I have a gym or equipment and can not make a knee injury. I remember a fighter competition in my school that make up representing the top the body to stay fit during a leg injury. Any other ideas to keep in shape and lose some fat. I'm in great shape and do some yoga. I just want to lose some fat in the region ABS. Otherwise, I am not overweight. I love the feeling of doing this type of training, but wonder if this will be bad for my joints. I've heard from some people who make bombs and pull ups etc daily. What you experienced people think about fitness?
Push-ups, pull-ups, and dips all day will not hurt as long as you take a break once or twice a week. For cardio you can try do something shadowboxing or something, without moving the knees too. Practice punching the air or in a bag for a bit and it should give a good cardio workout. Another option is to go in the yard and into the monkey bars many times. Try to do at a rapid pace. I know a friend who has tons of bombs and Pull-ups and told him to start moving arm pump 1 / ATR Pull-ups and bombs. These are excellent exercises for strong upperbody certainly tell you if you have a solid core can be done.
