I want to gain muscle for the summer, my training is effective?

Ok I want to gain muscle for the summer so like me. I eat 500 calories as daily weight gain, I am very thin, only 120 pounds. I can not put on weight and is accessible only thing I dumbbells, a bar and lift club striptease. I abs legs arms the next day, without rest for the weekend. For legs I usually squats and things like that the only problem I've gained muscle in the arm. I do with 20 pounds. weights on each arm and rotated about 8 of the series 3 + triceps. So pull ups to failure, then pumps up the rest. Is it effective? Therefore, you can help me design a workout with things that are accessible? I can not go to a gym

It is effective to some extent. you can only go so great with these methods. pullups pushups and get toned. you need to add more weight to your workout. I would say join a gym and work there. their muscles to grow you have to do the representatives of low weight at discharge. doing things to fail is low weight high officials. its goal is the oppsite of you.
