bad knee, any ideas for home therapy?
About two years ago I hyperextended my ACL. I had no no insurance, so he bought a low-grade knee torque and tighten the teeth through the pain. Cured to a manageable pain after 6 months. Then another 6 months I slowly Weener against par and I have not had any problems until about 4-5 months earlier. Now it starts to bother me again, at least much more than usual. The problem is unlike the other injuries suffered as a child that I have the choice to go to a gym. The one here is not well maintained, the last time blew out my shoulder and could use it for a day because they lubricate their equipment. Do you know any exercises I can do at home to strengthen my knee and get the healing process fast?
In the absence of exercise equipment, just sit in a chair and let your legs out repeatedly for perhaps 15 minutes each day. This should strengthen your muscles.
