What is a good diet / vegetarian excursions for one year 14? What is a fitness plan, too?

I 14 103 ibs and 5'1girl. Trying to keep fit, a good high protein food. They are vegetarians Thanks:]

I'm a vegetarian 15 years so .. Heres what I eat for breakfast usually have oatmeal and a banana or a protein shake that does not have the opportunity to snack between breakfast and lunch because breakfast is my block soon enough, but you can have fruit for breakfast, usually an envelope or a steak sandwich with vegetables and plant proteins and nonfat cheese apple and maybe .. granola bar that I usually save for the last block I have hungry now and then when I get home, I celery with peanut butter and raisins or fruit and yogurt. something simple and healthy protein for dinner, I have my mom cooks is still in good health and contains proteins i usually have a fruit as a snack pm and the green tea and drink plenty of water and a glass of milk every day to work on, usually do a bit of weight and muscle strengthening exercises and walking on a bike stationary for 40 minutes, one minute at normal speed, a rapid alternation minutes. is exhausting and I break up in 20 minutes and the start and 20 minutes late. You can also go shopping I do when the weather is nice:) of course my mother is a doctor if .. I think it's very healthy because he knows his stuff and I'm Nut Nutrition
