/ Muscle toning issues – fitness weight problem?
Can anyone give me some advice in the tone? I am recovering from an outbreak severe lupus. I am currently confined to his home. The doctor says I need for my tone of "core" muscles – especially the hind legs and abdomen – No I have no idea of what exercises to do … the only team I have is a bunch of medium and some long rubber bands …. if someone with knowledge of fitness can help me – ** also need help putting a little weight … my doctor recommends about 10 kilos of muscle weight, I am currently 95, which would be somewhere around 105. (That, as every day, very healthy too, but no help.) I would really appreciate any help or advice)
