Tips to be fit, healthy, etc?
Hi guys, Just wondering if I could help, I'm looking for some tips / techniques matter of getting in shape, eat better and generally just being healthy! >. <I have 16, not overweight or anything, I'm just looking to gain strength and endurance, and a more structured routine food (I'm looking to join the Navy after next year) So yes, I'm just looking prepare myself for that process, you recommend that focus on weight training or cardiovascular conditioning, or …? haha, I have a gym, but most teams at home (a home gym set of massive weight, exercise bike, treadmill, etc.) and yuh: D Thanks for your help, links to web sites would be cool? ^ – ^ Alsssso. focus on cardiovascular fitness, because it is more important than weight training, but doing weight training.
