Effective fitness equipment?
I've been looking at exercise equipment, such as the Red Exerciser XL and wonder if there is a simlar to this product with similar benefits that are a little cheaper.
I would not be wasting my money. you can do the same exercises without equipment. get a broom to turns to work your intercoastals. sit-ups and leg raises for abs. that's all you need.
