Fitness Equipment From Tv

Going from lifting wieghts back to Push-ups??

Hello, I have been going to Bally Total Fitness and my apartment’s gym for the past couple of years. Now my contract is up at Bally’s and I’m moving to a place where I won’t have access to wieght lifting equipment. I’m going to have to go back to push ups and sit ups to stay in shape. IS it possible to keep the build that I have with regualr push ups or am I going to loose what I have? Does anybody know if those Push up bars advertised on TV that are sold at Wal-mart are any good? Or does anyone know of any good push up and sit up techniques to increase my build and stay cut? I’m moving to a new city and I don’t have money to buy a wieght set yet. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Push-ups and pull-ups are some of the best muscle sculpting activities you can do. You might not build great size but you can get ripped. I’ve recently started the P90X program. This is a video series that you can do at home with minimal equipment. Dumbbells (or resistance bands) and a pull-up bar are all you really need. It does cost about $100 bucks, but I’m sure you could get it for less on an auction site.
