What weight and brand cheap weight should I use?
I am looking to buy cufflinks for my training at home for this site: http://www.dumbbell-weight.com/ – Where they receive all kinds of home gym equipment cheap. I wonder what brand should I buy? What other fitness equipment do you recommend for my meeting exercise at home?
