Implementations are typically short-term commitments that lasts twelve weeks and will require combination of work in the customer's premises and a priori from the Concord office. 40 to 60% of travel is required.

In addition, Application Engineers can help during the sales process in the delivery of strategic value ex ante (aSVAs), enabling prospects to confirm the financial and strategic value that a priori can take before to participate in a full solution deployment.

Primary responsibilities:

Collect data factory and accounting required to configure the solution and build customer SPEs. Educate clients on data requirements, helps customer project champion and project manager identify data providers, provides data collection methodology and templates for clients, and supports the process.

• Train users and administrators in the use of a priori.

• Units integration requirements with systems and processes.

• Develop a maintenance plan with the client to ensure that data and the solution keep up.

• Defenders of the additional requirements that are necessary or useful to customers successfully use and benefit of Apriori, and works with management to influence future versions.

• Work with clients to define how priorities should be in the process cost customers.

• Provides support to users during the initial use of the solution.

• Supports the development of the history of results to demonstrate the return solution investment.
