Fitness Equipment Lease

"I can get out of a lease if the owners do not hold up their end of the deal?

I'm pretty sure I have a lease standard 12 months in Texas. Landlords and apartment owners have not followed one of the services in the house which I lived for over two years. The gym is full of broken equipment and is more than likely caused by minor children using the device incorrectly. I wrote a letter to the manager of a point on it and told that the equipment was being replaced by new equipment, but has been more than six months and that has not happened. They recently changed ownership (or possibly only management companies) and now the gym has been completely shut (after hours, I suppose, because I'm never here when the office is open). Is there any action that might take against the management company and / or owners? I looked in the lease and its elements are very vague reference to property and not specifically for services. Any push in the right direction is appreciated.

The fitness room is not in your lease. If the owner lock them up and decides not to open it again, you can legally do that. No, no way, have something to do with your apartment and a condition. One could speak of the room and other services so you do not have to pay more for them. But it will not say that is included as part payment of rent. Maybe they did change the management company recently. The new company would repair the premises of the former company let him go. You should have received a letter if that happened. If this bothered me I would take my break at work and call the office. Ask them what is happening and what you intend to do because nothing has been achieved in the past six months.
