Fitness Equipment Prices
If I join a gym? What gym are you going to?
I am a long distance runner, so I spend most of my time training outside. In fact, I probably have not been to a real gym in about 4-5 months. I had a gym membership before, and used it as a madman, until I fell in love operation. A typical run for me is anywhere from 1 hour to 2.5 hours long (more if I'm training). There is a gym in my complex, but not really large amount of equipment and is a little uncomfortable going there and being the only woman in a space small enough training. My boyfriend and emotion, so we used the gym go anywhere not near where we live now. He just joined LA Fitness because it's close to work and home. I know there are a Gold's Gym is closer to where we live, but do not really know the price difference. Does anyone go to these gyms? If so, tell me what you like and dislike about them. Thanks!
