kind that was my plan of training in the gym?
I have to lose a stone and a half in August. My diet is good – I'm following the weight watchers, so I'm eating below 1500 chemicals a day. I want to lose fat, do not turn my fat into muscle and can only go to the gym 4 times a week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sat. I have an aerobics class on Saturday for the ordained. I really do not want to use the computer for over an hour each day. My gym has bicycles, treadmills, stair climber, rower, elliptical and weights. Please help me as I do not know what to do … fitness instructor in the gym is not help.
