Fitness Equipment Steppers

Hi, I'm building my fitness and joined a gym. The equipment available is: treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing, elliptical, stair climbers, vibratory machines and range of resistance machines. I want to recover my overall fitness and I hope your in general, especially the legs. I have about time for a workout every time I go
I want to separate your session aerobic exercise and strength training. One day aerobics for an hour for the next day, they focus on endurance, and so on. Focus on a few different machines each time to a variety of moves that I can ask what the hell is a machine that vibrates in the gym!
