Fitness Equipment Store Treadmills
I have a Proform treadmill about 10 years old. The belt must be lubricated.?
The manual that comes with the machine not specified particular lubricant, but does not recommend silicone based lubricants. Unfortunately that's the only kind available in local stores fitness equipment. Any suggestions? Please help. Thanks.
