Muslims should seek to protect and preserve the environment because of the way of Allah protect creatures pray to God and praise Him. Humanity might not be able to understand how these creatures praise Allah, but this does not mean that they do so, God says: (The seven heavens and the earth and all beings therein, declare His glory: There is one thing but celebrates His praise, and yet you do not understand how they declare His glory!) (Al-Isra '17: 44)

In Islam, humans are expected to protect the environment as no other creature is capable of performing this task. Humans are the only creature that God has "entrusted" with the responsibility of caring for the earth. This trust is seen by Islam to be so onerous and burdensome that no other creature "Accept" it. God says: (Lo! We offered the trust to the heavens and the earth and the hills, but shrank from bearing and had afraid of her and the man who took Lo! he is a tyrant and a fool.) (Al-Ahzab 33 72)

In Islam the relationship between humanity and the environment is part of the social existence, an existence based on the fact that everyone worships the same God. Worship is more than the ritual practice, since rituals are simply the manifestation human symbolic submission to God. The actual devotions are actions that can be practiced by all the creatures of the land they share the planet with the human race. On the other part humans are responsible for the welfare and livelihood of other citizens of this global environment. The Koran contains many verses that can be referred to guidance in this regard. The following verse 21 of the second sura of the Koran, is an example:

(O people, worship your Lord, Who created, and those before you so they can protect themselves (bad). Who appointed the earth a resting place for you and the sky a canopy, and caused water to fall from the sky, thereby producing fruits as food for you. And do not set up rivals unto Allah when ye know (better).) (Al-Baqarah February 21 to 22)

The word in this verse which translates as "can ward off evil" is in Arabic tattaqun. It is ordered piety and consciousness which is accompanied by an appreciation of the environment. In this verse, the Qur'an speaks directly to all groups of people, whether believers or not. It seeks to mobilize people about the importance of "worship God" as a symbol and a way of life imposed by justice and fairness in the management system he created.

This system has been placed under human responsibility, to be cared for and not used as it can be concluded by returning to verse 22 of Surat al-Baqarah. This imbalance is mainly due to the disposal of increased waste (human or industrial), exploitation of resources and population density. Admittedly that man is the environmental claims have gone too far in many cases, creating a disturbance in the natural balance of the bio-diversity and ecosystem worldwide. This irresponsible behavior has led to a decline in the atmosphere and this poses a major threat worldwide.

There are countless examples of disturbance to the environment. Forests have been removed, the deserts have been invaded, and many species of plants and animals have gone around the world. All these affect the macro-environment as an integrated whole.

The climate has changed and is, in fact, continues to change due to reckless human activities. There are, however, reasons not natural and human-induced climate change should not be overlooked, as the pattern of rotation of the Earth around the sun and volcanic eruptions. Excessive use of wood, over-extraction of grazing lands and deforestation that destroys and eliminates the magnitudes of the land vegetation play a role in increasing absorption of the earth from the sun. The ozone layer has been more exposed to destruction as a result of leakage of planes flying at higher altitudes, and gases and fumes expelled by nitrogen fertilizers and air pollution from factories. The danger of depletion of the ozone layer only can imagine when we realize How much land will be exposed to more carcinogenic rays. As a result, the climate is altered around the world, destruction dense forest, reduced agricultural production and killing the creatures that live more than for insects that can withstand the ultraviolet rays.

"Corruption has appeared on land and sea because of (the need) that human hands have earned, that (God) can give them a taste of some of his works: in order that they may return back (from evil) "(Ar-Rum: verse 41).

Control of Noise Pollution:

Noise causes environmental damage, psychological and physical. There is evidence that the inhabitants of large cities suffer from psychosomatic disorders and fatigue due to constant exposure to noise. Although the noise has been considered harmful or at least unpleasant, noise pollution has been regarded as the worst of the negative effects of the industrial era, and a feature of industrial societies developed. However, little attention has been given to him as air pollutants or water has tended to prevail.

This is due to the following factors: noise is caused by a variety of sources around the world. It is not easy targets, the effect of noise disappears as it stops, leaving a lasting impact on the environment, but continued exposure to noise leads to certain conditions, as explained below, the noise is a national or local environmental pollutant. Unlike water and air, their impact is not spread from one country to another.

What is the definition of noise?

According to the Encyclopedia Americana, is the pressure harm to humans and other animals. Sir. A. Wilson Committee on Noise is defined as sound which is undesirable for the receiver. The hazardous effects of noise

The noise has serious negative effects on the human ear. But does physical, psychological or social?

1) The damaged auditorium:

The noise level in major cities and urban centers has become so severe that it will be a danger to public health if it continues at current rates. Although the noise of man has been around for millions of years, its medical dangers only been recognized since 1930, when the houses were used in different types of vehicles that operate within and between cities. One of the first studies on the effects biological noise was sponsored by the Office of Naval Research U.S. under the supervision of the University of Chicago, published in early December 1953. It said the U.S. Marines working in noisy conditions suffered from excessive fatigue, occasional nausea, and loss of libido.

Reports submitted by the committees in the following decades research indicates that more than 20 million people were affected by noise-induced hearing loss in the U.S., as the noise was the most prominent environmental contaminants. A study concluded in 1968 by the Federal Council for Science and Technology (special committee environmental) warned that about 4.5 million workers could apply for compensation for loss of hearing.

Excessive damages the sound of thousands of cells in the ear that leads to an immediate loss of hearing, what happens in the explosions and wars. Constant exposure to noise can cause gradual damage of cells and a gradual loss of hearing. Hearing loss can even result from a bullet or an explosion. In the first case, the results of deafness hearing the waves, while the second is the result of pressure waves. The pathological disorders in this case involves the outer ear, congested as the drum and may be transferred due to mechanical changes. Deafness means a weakening of the hearing. May be temporary, partial or total. The human ear can sounds safely withstand up to 60 dB, but may be damaged by intense sounds that constantly affect or temporary. Hearing loss occurs in the following stages:

1. Weakness of the hearing for a short period may disappear after a few minutes or hours (sometimes with loud noise in factories, workshops or places with high people).
2. Continued weakness, because you can not hear a talk calm (usually due to continuous exposure to high noise day).
3. Complete permanent hearing loss (as a result of continuous daily exposure to very loud noises such as explosions and bombs).

An official report of the Council of Environmental Affairs in the U.S. issued in 1970 indicated that about 16 million industrial workers face the risk of losing their jobs due to weakness in your hearing.

The latter controls the circulatory system (heart and blood vessels), the function of the endocrine glands and digestive system – particularly the stomach. Disorders of varying intensity are produced according to the intensity and duration of noise, and reflected in various physical disorders.

Medical studies also show that noise leads to higher rates of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, which blocks blood vessels and leads to heart attacks and heart failure. Excessive production of corticosteroid hormones is associated with heart attacks, It is caused by the effect of noise in the adrenal gland.

3) The psychological and social harm:

The man – and animals – are well behaved when in a stable, normal mental, according to the observations of psycho-sociologist Charles Kort and some of his colleagues. The study showed 2,567 cases of people living in noisy areas and heavy traffic in the Netherlands. Psychological studies of industrial workers indicate that those who are subject to noise density suffer irritability, dizziness, headaches, mood swings and anxiety.

"Neither speak thy prayer aloud, nor speak softly, but seek a middle ground between" (Al-Isra: verse 110).

"Oh believers, do not raise their voices above the voice of the Prophet. Those who lower their voices in the presence of the Apostle of Allah – the heart Allah has tested for piety: for them is forgiveness and a great reward "(Al-Hujurat: verse 2.3) ..

The Quran and the Sunnah prohibit the quiet and self-control and care for the feelings of others and avoiding anything that might harm them, even out loud. The first verse commands Muslims not to the voice of your prayer too hard, in a voice inaudible. They should seek a compromise in the "jahriyah" (in Arabic, articulated to be heard) in the sentence and not the "sirriyah" (in Arabic, sub-vocalization). God revealed to one of the Companions of a procedure call to prayer. He had the intention of the prophet who approved it. But the Prophet Bilal chose to do so.

In conclusion, it should be noted that the noise that permeates some Islamic countries call has nothing to do with Islam. Unless teachings, principles and code of conduct approved by Islam are true, you can not pretend to be a true Muslim.

Pollution in the Natural and Environmental Ethics

The moral atmosphere is the mental state of an individual, group or country in which the international community acts of individuals that occur. It may be so broad as to include several countries or continents, if their populations belong to a moral code and live according to a comprehensive moral ground.

This environment can be good or bad. Comprises a good moral environment environment to individuals in a society that thrives on moral determined as tolerance, patience, endurance, generosity, chivalry, courage, justice, charity, humility, pride and energy and others. An environment is a moral evil impregnated with low morale, such as treason, lies, deception, delusion, panic, roughness, permissiveness, insolence spouse, indecency, slander, hypocrisy, arrogance, despair, etc.
