Need recommendations for fitness equipment: yoga, pilates, stretching?
I want to install a home gym in a small room 9.5 x 11.5 (8 'ceiling) in my second floor. The purpose of this is twofold: the need to lose weight, and I have to regain strength and flexibility. I was thinking of installing ballet bar, parallel bars and the purchase of a new or used Total Gym (for pilates). What do you think? Anyone have experience with Total Gym? Any recommendation on a piece of equipment?
I recently bought a home gym. It is made by PowerTech and called the "bench." It's great! It took me a time to set … instructions were not great, but it's the machine! I bought it at Dick's Sporting Goods. 8 feet by 11 feet. It was $ 1000 without the pesos … so I guess it depends on how serious it is and how much has to happen. It would be a lot of money to spend, if one or two months from now are not using a lot.
