A few weeks ago I attended a roundtable in Sydney Creative and the theme was "idea of a cause." It was very inspiring and made me think about why some brands and deserve be included in the love between yes and no.
After a little reflection, it occurred to me on 7 Cs so that your brand is falling in love with.
Community: People love and have a great need to belong, is one of our basic needs. Think about how you can create that sense of belonging to your company. Do can create a community who have special access to certain resources? Or we can build a community organization dedicated customer dinners, or even lead to join In a joint effort to raise money for a good cause? The hardest part is usually to get the first disciple, after the other followed in the event of your brand worth pursuing.
Content: The content is critical. No matter how your brand is fashionable, if the content is not attractive, people will not fall for her brand. It's like when you buy a box of chocolates that is packaged very well, but when outdoors, the contents are not as promising as the appearance of the box (which is why we always go to the Lindt chocolate, great content guaranteed). If you are a service company, the service is its content. So make sure your customers get what they promised and more.
Creativity: Creativity is important in making your brand is falling in love with. Use your creativity to publicize your company and their products and services. One could even think about using your brand in a creative way to support a good cause.
Character: The character is important because it helps you stand out from the crowd. Create your own back to her (good) quality. You do not have to be someone else, simply upload it already have. What is your character? Are you serious, understanding, funny, bold, strong, funky, fun, in fact, intellectual, optimistic, generous?
Consistency: We all know the importance of brand consistency is, but here I speak of a different kind of coherence: it is compatible with their promises and actions. Did you you say? You stick to your values and promises? Do you think we recommend products and services that we know will benefit a particular client (and not to sell what you can)?
Culture: Creating a brand that people want to work, you can purchase and participate. Think about how you can create an enterprise culture special. Put in "cultural norms" rather like the days of volunteering, retraining, etc. Peer support
Contribution: Start giving Now, do not expect your company makes more money. Many people say they will be able to give anyway, that moment never comes, because usually when there will be nothing preventing them from giving. Be part of giving your brand.
