Fitness First is so bad and unhealthy?
I joined Fitness First in Castle Towers (NSW, Australia) today. However, I'm sorry after reading all the bad things to say about this chain of gyms. The costumes really healthy? The team is almost always broken? Fernwood is better (only women pls answer LOL)?
I guess all of Fitness First changes. The costumes should be fine. Try to be super early if you want to avoid turmoil in the locker room. Fernwood think it was such an atmosphere. When I went there, the atmosphere seemed a little sad and depressed at the gym there are many more mixed emotions.
