HELP! Make my body more beautiful and bigger?
Im currently over weight .. im 5'6 200 pounds. August 2010 im near my girlfriend Cancun. I want to be able to take pictures there and be happy with how I look .. So I joined a gym retro "local gym and I've never worked a day in my life or healthy eating or anything. Since Monday is the first day of my new healthy lifestyle … What should I do to transform my body into a dirty body fun to watch. (Please note this is my first time with something like a plan to PLEASE GO IN DETAIL) What should I eat? I need to continue eating a diet which does not eat, what to eat when you should not eat … Then I need to know if I buy extras like protein shakes or lifting supplements When should I drink or use … and finally, what kind of work I can start doing the following?
