I just joined the gym, now I'm depressed?

I just joined the gym, I'm booked on the development of a program for me with a trainer staff next week. I want to see some results within 3 months, and I've never been someone in fitness. What worries me is that the personal trainer I spoke to said it takes protein drinks and get them online. I want to be able to do this without protein drinks, I just want to alter my diet. There is a range organize equipment and work there all we want to build muscles, I will be able to do this = (????

im not sure what kind of results you wish to view within 3 months, but will definitely be enough to get ur praise from friends and girls, no protein =]
