Do lockable Vinyl floor tiles make work areas like garages any warmer and bearable?
Its really tough when working on my Motorbike in my Garage , the cold concrete floor and draft tend to make it unbearable .

Also there’s a huge selection and choice in heaters and I am considering buying a heater , which type is most suitable ( Quartz or halogen ETC)

No they won t help since they will be the same temp as the air around them. Any heater is a bigger help at least to take the chill off the air GL
