How I can get a flat stomach and get a larger rear at the same time?
All I read fitness magazines say has no matter how many ab exercises you do, you lose all the fat in the stomach before being flat, but when you lose weight, you lose your whole body, not just your stomach and really can not afford to lose more of my ass, what I can do?
Just build muscle in buttocks and made a lot of squatters in search of such exercises google, etc. I think if you build muscle even be seen as a booty.
