Fitness Videos Free Online
Do you know where I can find free online videos for cardio or aerobics? (More than youtube)?
I can not afford go to the gym and my neighborhood is not suitable for outdoor sports … I work on my fitness and I've only inside any equipment (such as Fe stage, stairway or bike) Any advice would be greatly appreciated:) Thanks in advance! I'm looking for things that do not cardio, weightlifting or yoga, I have videos of it.
I downloaded some LimeWire. I also did some bit torrents. Even my local cable company has another channel on demand and even a year.
