Anyone who has tried to Flirty Girl Fitness DVD's?
Has anyone tried these movies here, looks very fun, and wants try it .. All the girls here had success with this? I have to lose weight will be in September Cuz Im marriage and want to look good.
I agree with the first. I tried P90X and it's amazing. You help you lose weight and tone without too large, as a boy.
