Ok so heres my story years ago was on a team of kung fu stunts and very good condition physical … I was 127 pounds then … I'm 195 pounds I'm carrying more weight than you can handle my arms … if you slim down will not be a problem .. However .. Can anyone put together a Set / representatives plan pullups exercises that I can be able to make at least 10. same with dips for triceps. I do not worry about the pull ups as well as the ups. While pull ups are sometimes made during physical training is tested on the number of bends that can doe in two minuets.
