XL Glider …..?
Has anyone used one? I really want a piece of workout equipment, but I have very little space in my home … even saver treadmill SAPAC will not fit … I was wondering if anyone has ever used this and do you really give a training … I know that is not the same a treadmill, but I want to do some exercise at home … in addition to my pilates. http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/app.detail
I had two in the past. One had the pistons of the resistance and the other not. I liked the pistons. Would have to exert some effort to really feel like you're really get a job. It fits easily in a closet.
