How I can lose weight and build muscle and six pack (after muscular fat n gone: P)?

I'm 21, recently went to prove my weight was 82kg. I wonder is it normal for me, as my appearance was aa little fat. i did not start dieting now, asking for an opinion and guidance. noodles in the morning = / nasi lemak (Malaysia food) lol, I do eat bread (gardenia) 4 slice with tuna mayonnaise (can) the last time, but not much last haha -. afternoon we went to eat noodles or fried rice curry flavor food or fast normal (less) due to limited places to eat in the night haha workplace – usually economy rice (1 + 1 Vegi meat) other than that, I have to go swimming with brake around an hour once a week, cardio is asking me to say? Examples I can do at home? and strength training? because they do not have any dumbell or exercise equipment. thx thx for comment. any way to see the result in a month or less time?
