Home Exercise Equipment Michigan
Softball conditioning?
Hello. Softball tryouts come in a couple of weeks. What type of conditioning exercises I could do to get fit? I'll make the workouts the coaches twice a week, mostly running. What should I do at home to help you? I'm in Michigan, so it's cold. Outdoor exercise and are now out of the question unless you are only out for half an hour or less. I'm looking for exercises with minimal equipment. I have medicine balls (4,6,8 pounds), push up professional carpet, exercise, and a jump rope. Thank you very much and any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks Cool. I forgot to add that playing in the gardens. =] 5bug10 – Cool -. I also play volleyball Balls deep lol. Sorry, girls is high launch school quickly. The beer is a bit out of place.
We work mainly in the legs. Most of its strength comes from the legs. Run stairs squats, running laps, jumping rope and run sprints. We started going around for ten minutes, then run sprints for ten minutes, then run stairs for ten minutes. Then take a water break and then play "water" game. This is where the squat come in. You take out cups of water in each hand. You stand in front of the feet. You squat on a 90 degree angle. Keep the two glasses in front of you. Keep position for one minute. Every minute counts as one. If you mess up, it is an error and restarts. You run a backup immediately after each minute. Play between Tickets 3.7 (21.9 minutes). Do not spill the water! Then we pick-ups. You squat, stand, shuffle shuffle to the left, squatting, standing, right, and squatting. We make 100 of these. And finally, jumping rope. Do 600 jumps. PS The stairs kill.
