Exercising in the heat without leaving out or pay at the gym?

I love exercising in the heat outside, I have a gym membership (and sense to get one, because nobody will take me there), and I have no exercise equipment at home … Is there another way I could exercise?

I also do crunches every day to go before bed (maybe like 30 to 50) and U will see improvements and tone in the stomach too soon. 2) Eatin Right 2 As far as I UU Eat red meat should be cut (such as burgers, steaks, Put It Right Meat 2 short), the fatty foods, sugar, bread and things like that. But a little fat is good 4 U & U Need It 2 Enegized Stay Healthy So do not become a health freak anyone like that. U should also drink water a lot more than U did before, or even make it If u want the best results and U Can not Get If U Want Diet Food fish chicken sandwiches, grilled or baked is good (not fried), 4 fruits, nuts and snacks and Stuff Like That is good:. 3) Only few tips you think I should Stay focused and know not let anyone take u off the game: Do not Eat Prieto 2 Hour 2 The Time To U Go 2 bed (especially red meat) Because food takes time U4 to eat two Summary: Also Try 2 U Something as general cause If U Do Somethin & U Do not Want to Do It 2 and only Doin U Really Want It Cause 2 U probably will not lose weight will get what in order to treat two to Get Into Somethin U Assets and Keeps Movin: Remember 2 Never starve yourself because eventually when U get where U Want 2 Be weight starts only in comin in a week As soon as U Eat fatty Gets Something If U win two tough, as I said not Nobody Tell u U Do not lose weight or get two Where U Want 2 Be Where U Tone Up and get that six pack or flat stomach'll Be Laughing At Face.Also They treat yourself with something good every week or just 2 stay So do not Sane Eatin tire of healthy and want two gave up, not get carried away & Start gettin a treat every week or Remember Before U is 2 Smash Your Favorite food or something you Di same two got here Or am planning 2 So and So and I never Goin two Anwhere Get Like Eatin This.So be easy Ya Man "El Rey"
