I can not lose weight, but I need it. Help.?

I'm overweight, and I've been trying to lose weight for a while. I've had my downs, but rises in the last months I have been doing more exercise, eating better and drinking plenty of water. I can always help other people lose weight, and I know that a significant amount on weight loss, but I can stop myself. I really need someone to just lay it out for me. No need to know "do more cardio" or "eating more fruits and vegetables. "I know these things, and I do those things. I would appreciate it if someone please take the time to leave a very detailed answer what to do. I have a lot of equipment in the home, including: DVD training, hand weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, a stationary bike, a springboard, and soon will have access to a public pool. Any help is appreciated, but the most sincere and helpful response is going to win my best answer. Thanks! I have also DDR pads and four different games for it.

17 months ago I decided to change my lifestyle. I made sure I ate a healthy diet and sensible embarked on a bit of regular exercise. The results were absolutely amazing. I managed to lose 48 pounds in just over six months. I have struggled for many years with my weight. Yes, while many diets worked, as soon as I let them pile all the weight again, and much more. I went on junk food, ready-made meals processed that you buy at the supermarket, alcohol and takeaway food to an absolute minimum. These are high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat.
