What is a good exercise routine you can do at home to lose weight and get healthier?
I have 31 years and wants to lose about 20 kilos, and increase my level of health. I am a housewife with a child of three years. We live in the country, and it's very snowy here, so walking outside free is not much of an option at this time. (There are no sidewalks anyway, only narrow streets, which is scary in a stroller.) I'm looking for ideas for a routine, like that the number of days to do cardio, weights, yoga, etc, what kind of rotation. I at least see modest results fast enough to keep motivation. Does anyone have a routine they do in a week that is well rounded and interesting? Remember that it must be something I can do mostly at home, with little necessary additional equipment. Thanks!
