"I need a work schedule healthy and well?
FITNESS FOR EXPERT ONLY! ======================== Hi, I'm a 16 year old now weighs 126 pounds, and I'm 5'6 tall. I know I'm small for my age, and I need a good workout to help build myself. Please do not give me a site, because I do not think it helps a lot. I'll also say the current team I have in my "home gym." Team ————– 1. Boxing bag 180 pounds 2. More than 250 pounds of weights (5, 10) 3. A bar 4. Great Balls of Medicine 5. I am a very good runner ———- Okay, so with that being said, you know what a little more about me. I'm asking is to give a good job and helathy schedule based on my age, weight, height and equipment I have. Also tell the representatives and Pease states. REALLY WISH I would really appreciate if you can help. Thanks =)
According to my teacher nutrition in college I went to, the best training includes 3 days of cardiovascular exercise at least 30 minutes each day (running.) Amid those days, the strength and flexibility training every two days. My teacher says that the workout, reps, etc, is best explained in the Bill Phillip's book called body for life. He has a web page with the same name that explains the exact workout routine, the number of repetitions, etc, with pictures of how to make exercises. We also recommend buying some supplements on his website, but maybe you could bulk that. His book is very motivating and inspiring too. You have all equipment, check out the book or the site … YOU CAN DO IT!
