How much resistance line of high cost of the machine?
I've heard you can get a cheap row machine, such as $ 160. but common sense tells me it will not be anywhere near as gym, and I'm pretty sure the row machines in the gym are probably more than 1.000. I'm looking for one with some high strength and durability. and that is everything. so if the body out there knows something about the machines or equipment row exercises at home that I could help, I appreciate it. thanks if possible.
