Home Gym Equipment Kits
Kit Home Gym?
I brought a small home computer for gym about a year ago. There is a small trampoline, jumping rope, giving a step of the machine an exercise mat and weights. I have not used in ages and have lost the exercise guide that came with it. I would lose some weight, but mainly want to tone hips, stomach and legs. What are the most effective exercises I can do with your computer? How often and what time of day are best? Thanks x
The trampoline is probably the best of these elements, the use of hip and thigh toning abs. It will help more if the guy with a handle, so that "exotic" Rebound places are easier to achieve. These positions include 'getting' (Knees to chest), "a horse" (legs as much as possible), and "kicks" (heel to the buttocks, behind you). You can also bounce while rotating the waist from side to side. This exercise is easily done on the ground (alternate to 'jump', 'irregular Dog, "" star jumps' and 'lift the knee'). You can also make similar moves while jumping. Skip is mostly a 'CV' (Heart and circulation), but the way he jumps can be modified to 'objective' body parts in particular. Basic and jumping moves are exotic can be combined and alternated, and a large number of "hops trick moves", and sequences that can be learned like jumping becomes more sophisticated. A small amount every morning, or better still short several sessions each day, is ideal for learning and progressing to his repertoire of leaps and bounds skills. In both disciplines, the idea is not is to go a long way in the air. Your trampoline must be silent, low, regular and soft. When you jump, your feet should ONLY just leave the plant, so that the rope can be passed below them, and that land should quietly and in a controlled manner. The weights in this type of game are useful for toning the arms, and can be used between sessions trampoline and rope, to vary your routine.
