Does P90X be effective for use in 14 years?
I have a Marcy Home Gym and I'm accumulating quite good, but give more variation P90X and build more muscle if I were to buy? Does it work? Please tell me your experience with trying. Thanks:) PS How much money is the system as a whole, and not include the equipment shown on TV? Mats, bars, etc? If not, where I can buy all that?
My experience with P90X is great really works. I have 15 The television system does not include the necessary equipment. I have my yoga mat on eBay, but most stores like Target and Walmart carry $ 10 to as i have the perfect plate on eBay for $ 15 resisitance dumbbells and bands are not included but can be purchased at Walmart pullup bars and destination can be purchased Walmart and Target I have mine on ebay, sell for $ 30 or less including shipping. In TV cost $ 120 and $ 20 shipping Try eBay I have mine for $ 75
