I worked Saturdays and my muscles are still sore today?

So I joined a gym for the first time on Saturday, gym USA. Bicept My pain is even today .. I work out at home, I guess that can only be one more training because the teams that are still there.Why sore? I have to go to the gym today, I have not worked out since Saturday .. In general, their training for the first time in a long time is the worst. I just started working again a couple of months ago and during the next two days was too sore. The best way to get rid of pain is to exercise again. Right after exercise, take a cold shower. It is painful, but it really helps prevent soreness the next day, that's what I always did, after hockey conditioning / practice and really helped.
