Im going to the gym every Friday?
Personally, I think I weigh waaaay too much for my age. All my friends wiegh about 10 pounds less than me then. Im 14 years old 5'4 and I weigh about 130 pounds I know that doesn't seem like much but for me it is. i'va maany had a belllyy years now. I could do all the crunches in the world and wouldnt do a thing. and I have thighs that I'd like out of tune. Every Friday I go to the YMCA with my friend and goes to work out. and suggestions that machines should be using? and any job I could do at home. with any computer? greatly appreciated. so if I was in the tredmill for like 20 minutes. would that be good? and go swimming. and Monday we are doing one-hour sessions of boxing.
Now that you are 14 should be able initiate the development and actually start getting the muscles and not damaged. But going to the gym once a week will do much to you at all. You'll have to do things at home. To lose the extra weight you have to run and eat well and drink water, not soda. There are some things you can do at home, but not too much. For upper body, push-ups, push ups, push-ups if you have weight. There are plenty of lower body workouts for home, though, but every other day at work. top body one day, down the next.
