simple exercises at home?

I have no access to fitness equipment a lot, i bank a little, and just lift free weights, do pushups and abdominal / abs. what should i be eating to maintain this balance that is not expensive? i prepared for about half an hour yesterday and I'm sore today. I have worked out today even though I'm sore or just wait until I'm back to normal? if I sign as well, how long would be up they are cut?

Chicken meat has a lot of protien red fish you have to do extra cardio to get started with the diet after bulking up.
