How to get in shape for climbing?!?
Mido 5'4 I weigh 110 pounds. Never got into any sport. one day I went with some indoor climbing for fun and friends fell in love with the sport. What kind of exercises I can do? (Preferably at home) fitness equipment I have: 5 pounds and 15 pounds in weight and treadmill Any advice for a beginner?
You can get a great home gym with very basic stuff. Watch and not treating, haha impossible. You need a bit of strength, flexibility, good wrists and hands, and a good balance. It is also necessary staying power … the resistance. Not good if your legs are dead or the rest of you are tired and sore halfway up the rock when it is caught in its midst. That tape will great help there, but even better is to get outdoors and do some jogging. Easy to start, do not overdo things. There is more to do and if you stay home with the shopping (haha, but i do it myself a few days) you get any additional benefit that also give some weight to carry. A well fitted backpack is great for that. In Army training we were seven miles twice a week with a package full of bricks and stones …. 40 pounds ….. We are confident that we knew we had then done .. .. whooooh. But I won a place in an event that is a wonderful and happy it really be part of it …. annual Liberation Marches in Nijmegen, Netherlands where the resistance is really necessary for the 50 km more. You can also use the tall buildings that have public access. Just go down the stairs … all the way up. You get lift on leg power then, step after step after step after step after … whoah …… then more after a break. One day you will all the way through 50 levels straight … yahaaaay! slow dance helps a great deal of balance. Graceful movement and slow dances, with a straight back and the lightness of the feet can be very difficult to go. Dance is a great workout, fast or slow and graceful movement is a paradise for rock climbing. It uses less energy, provides an efficient flow of progress in the rock and makes you look like to be there and not just an occasional visitor tourism. …… oh dear leverage science is raised its head again. If you are near a large weight you can lift more easily than with an outstretched arm. You know (probably, if you're like the rest of us) how you move your body to help in lifting heavy wet fleece or whatever in a wash tub. In the rock that works the same. When you are six inches from the rock by weight as the rock feel and feel that is only when they are three inches away from him. So lean climbers get a good time of it compared with others. However, some men with big beer bellies are really good climbers …. but it takes more strength, and generally have it carry through all that weight around every day. If you hang a long way from the rock to put more pressure on him and so in some types of rock … shale and weathered shale eg can bust him and then his handhold or foothold is no longer there. Nearby, you put less pressure on him. Near the rock that has the best advantage. Sometimes need to be far away to see anything and some moves that are a very long way from the rock in the length of the arm, so that leverage is higher and must be able handle. Do not overdo, but a little strength training and flexibility training all going to help much. Most of the time that his legs do the lifting a rock with a little help from his arms. Sometimes you just have to grab a rock or wedge tightened his grip on a very narrow space with lift arms, but that will not be For a rock climbing wall or artificial. Here's a little girl to get started …. Ahhhhh sweet heart. She is not a mass of muscles attached solid flesh is she? But she can still climb. Good for her. She will feel very well when she reached the top. Yeeeahhh did! Http: / / us.123rf.com/400wm/400/400/marilyna/marilyna0602/marilyna060200120/333251.jpg . . . . . This intelligent woman has interchangeable arms and legs …. clever eh? It's actually just a trick of the camera. You can see the fingers that shows about the technical side, full of chalk. wide-angle lenses on the subjects at artificially distort the apparent sizes of things …. but it looks good. http://api.ning.com/files/PBcfVmR hIjAgkgfCcIC9e9y0EhGoHfLEVAyaXreXMvVPO81jYZOYPhXmTPMRqsaYzX1Mq4fftX3jeBvPoxtUAMkX3ZC4ZH1/KatieGirtmanGirlClimbing.jpg *. .. . Enjoy, but beware. No shame in a wall down rock because you can not go further. Live to fight again … Better not do yourself an injury through overexertion in a little uncomfortable or fall out of it. Have fun.
